Theta---will need to do well this rush to retain their spot
DG---right now I feel like DG is a step above AXO and DZ, but not even with the top 3
AXO, DZ

Middle:
Zeta, Kappa---these two are even, new pledge class may raise one above the other, particularly zeta's
Gamma Phi---this pledge class may also raise them even with Zeta or Kappa
KD
Phi Mu

Bottom:
ADPi
Chi O
Tri Delt
AOPi

No one said they were top 3...just a little above DG and AXO but the top 3.

Lower: DG, AXO, Gamma phi, kappa, zeta, Dz, Kd, phi mu
Below: apdpi, chi o, tri delt
Bottom: aopi

That makes no sense, sorry GPhi. There are normal tiers for a reason, and you are DEFINITELY not above DZ, Zeta, or Kappa. But keep dreaming.
