fraternity rank w/reputation

I see all the rankings and the are really thin and give no insight into the reputation and general make up of the membership. I'd like to see someone go the distance and provide some details like involvement, partying, athletic, preppy, fun, boring, awkward, intelligent, out of staters, chill, brotherhood, nice house, etc. Something that helps rushees and others get an idea of what's up.

I hate to disappoint you but a lot of the houses, at least the top ones, are very similar

You can't expect somebody to know every fraternity or even a majority of brothers in a fraternity. Most of these stereotypes of certain fraternities are based on a brother or a couple brothers a person might know. They may be accurate but you're not gonna be able to get all the details you want.
