rushing as a sophomore

I'm planning on transferring here as a sophomore. Will I be at a disadvantage if I'm rushing as a sophomore? Also, does it mean anything if I'm a legacy?

A guy or a girl? Not a huge difference but I think it's a little harder for girl to rush as sophomores than it is for guys
