Not even remotely true. They take sophomores, including unattractive ones. Based on past pledge classes. PiPhi cares more about personality anyways.

Pi Phi definitely takes sophomores. They care more about personality than looks, but there's definitely a Pi Phi "look". For the most part, very beautiful girls, but not the kind that obsess over their looks. More low key and lower maintenance than the other top tiers.
