4. ΤΚΕ, ΔΧ, ΧΨ, ΠΚΦ
5. ΔΚΕ, ΔΥ, ZBT, ΔΣΦ
6. ΣΑΜ, ΛΧΑ, ΑΣΦ, AEΠ

To be honest, row 1 is hard to put in any order. Everything else is straightforward.
