dropping sorority
by: HI'm a sophomore and have noticed that girls sometimes drop from their sororities once they are older (end junior/senior). But does anyone know what sororities have more girls drop/more girls stay all the way through??

Almost all sororities deal with girls dropping after sophomore year, but it varies year to year. Drama within the sorority, or issues like social probation or nationals will decide who has retention issues & who does not. For example, this past year Chi O more seniors than usual due to not being able to have socials and making their day long initiation mandatory. But normally, chi o does not have such issues, and actually has a pretty good retention rate. Basically, it's largely unpredictable, and tends to average out.
