As a girl I'd rather hangout with Fiji, SigEp, KA, and Theta Chi than any of those other frats you mentioned as "top tier." And 99% of girls I know in top 3 sororities feel that way too.

I'm definitely a girl and you're a salty guy who doesn't wanna admit your frat isn't desired. SigPi is the only exception but they're still pretty douchey and overrated. PiPhi is the main sorority that likes Phi Tau and Phi Psi. DG is the only sorority that likes SAE. The 4 frats I mentioned are the ones that girls in Theta and APhi really love and they're top 2. A lot of AXOs love those 4 too.

Fiji and SigEp are both way above phi Delt, phi Delt is pretty much equal with SigNu
