FIJI has the best house obviously... corner of uptown and campus we're going to have the best parties up there and it'll put us up in top tier!!!

You shouldn't rush a fraternity based on how nice the house is. But if you're going off of the 9 "relevant" fraternities, then Fiji, SigEp, Phi Delt, and SAE have the best houses hands down. Not really debatable.

if you're gonna include SAE you can put Phi Tau in there.
FIJI, Sig Ep, Phi Delt, SAE, Tau are all solid ones
KA, Theta Chi, Sig Pi, and Phi Psi all have pretty garbage houses.
