With Phi Psi off, they'll no longer be #1. They'll still be top tier however. Think SAE when they got in trouble and fell back 3 or 4 spots.

Top: Sig Pi/Phi Tau, SAE
Upper: Theta Chi, Phi Psi, KA
Upper Mid: FIJI, Sig Ep, Phi Delt
Middle: Sig Nu, Delt, Kappa Sig
Lower Mid: TKE, Pike, ADPhi
Lower: Pi Kapp, DChi, Chi Psi, DKE, Sammy

Watch the "oxford house break in" video on youtube where a bunch of phi taus try to fight some bouncer who films them breaking into the KA house. If that's not the definition of scummy, idk what is.
