Almost every fraternity/sorority has socials but it's obviously decided on tier. Yeah some of these fraternities might be middle-bottom tier but "irrelevant" is just not true.

you can find alpha phis piphis and thetas hanging out with these guys so I wouldn't be so sure you know all their secrets
