if phi psi is really kicked off for four years there will have to be a #1 but it doesnt seem right to put them there...
i think KA Phi Tau and Sig Pi will all be tied for first next year

Ranking by 1, 2, 3... is stupid. And I'm sure Phi Psi would still take pledge classes if that's the case
