fraternity rankings based on houses

I know for a lot of guys the house is a high factor in determining where to rush. This is just my opinion of the top 5/bottom 5 best/worst houses on campus based off of location, cleanliness, and size.
Top:
1. Fiji
2. ADPhi
3. Sig Ep
4. DChi
5. Delt

Bottom:
1. SigPi
2. KA
3. Theta Chi
4. ZBT
5. Chi Psi

sig nu and sae both have solid houses

SigNu and SAE houses are beautiful and big on the outside but they are not taken care of inside and aren't in an ideal location
