Alpha Phi: until your seniors graduate, maybe even juniors, you won't be #1. Hottest girls are freshmen/sophomores.
Theta: unless you start recruiting pledge classes again like your current juniors and seniors that are really hot you're gonna lose the #1 or top 2 spot.

Some of the hottest girls I know are in Pi Phi. I feel like Pi Phi's are either stunningly beautiful or "how the hell did she get a bid"

Not being mean at all but I just don't think PiPhis are attractive except a few. They're really cool and party, that's why they're considered top, but I don't think they're very cute..

Depends on what you are into I guess. I prefer a girl that's naturally beautiful and doesn't spend a lot of time on herself. Low maintenance chicks are solid.
