by: MiamiI'm an incoming freshman who just committed to Miami and wanted to know about the "Big 5" (or whatever one of the previous posts referred to the top sororities as) and what they're honestly like, nothing mean please.

You're either like a Theta/Alpha Phi person going through rush or a PiPhi/DG/AXO. (This is in general, not all cases). The latter 3 like to party more, some say are chill, DG and PiPhi both have a definite type. And the first 2 are more girly, typical sorority girl, really involved.

I disagree, I think the order of the top 3 is interchangeable and the order of the next 2 is interchangeable so like
PiPhi/APhi/Theta
DG/AXO
I say this because PiPhi and DG hang with different frats than Theta and APhi so depending who you ask, people will tell you something completely different. But yes the general consensus is those are the top 3 followed by the next 2

Not tryna be mean but Theta just got such a bad PC this year that they have to be interchangeable with the top 3, they can't be #1 on their own anymore because they're just not top with that kinda PC. Like I think theta is still above DG and AXO but they both got better pledge classes than Theta... If that makes sense..

Lots of great sororities here, please take these rankings with a grain of salt. Most people believe there are are 6 top sororities. If you read top 5, someone was most likely just trying to be "exclusive". Most people agree the top three are interchangeable. There are lots of different opinions on the next three. But they are ALL very good too. Lots of posturing and hate on this website, but the rankings so far are how most people perceive the top 6. Hope this helps!
