It depends on the sorority. For example, there was one girl during recruitment this year that was absolutely gorgeous but had a horrible personality (wasn't talkative, average GPA, no club or activity involvement, just dull). My sorority (middle tier) cut her first round, but I know she ended up in a higher sorority likely based on looks. So it depends on the chapter and who you talk to specifically
