For the guys I think it's pretty clear things have changed. Just from looks of pledge classes, talk, and where girls are still going:

TOP (Basically where girls actually want to go, best houses, guys, etc.):
Sig Pi (Amazing past 3 pledge classes, I'm hearing more great things!)
Phi Psi (Starting to get kinda lame? Idk, probably not top top anymore.)
KA (Same old, same old, great guys. Nicer house would help.)

UPPER MIDDLE (Significant, but no one's favorites):
Theta Chi (What happened! Horrible pledge classes, anyone this year?)
SAE (As bad as they were, they're coming back. I think significant again!)
Phi Tau (crazy fun guys on campus but clearly not top.)

MIDDLE (Not very significant):
Fiji (Some decent guys, but try too hard.)
Phi Delt (Only because of history, but let's be honest)
Sig Ep (Barely even a real fraternity but has some presence)
