can someone explain to me

Can someone please explain to me why Alpha Phi is now considered top 3? Yes, they're hot, but literally everyone hates them. Guys hate hanging out with them (minus Sig Ep and KA), girls hate them, they dirty rush, have a horrible reputation of trying too hard, are generally mean girls, are known to social climb, the only people that like them are freshmen girls going through rush that they already dirty rushed first semester and will end up cutting...I mean, I just don't get it. Yes, they're hot, but so are many other sororities. How can you be top tier if nobody likes you?

Don't think they are considered top three by most. Yes they have some cute girls, but I wouldn't say they are "hot" or top three looks wise either. Definitely a nice sorority, but top three..... I disagree.
