I wonder if this was posted by a guy? like who they enjoy hanging out the most with. nothing against any of them at the bottom of 'this' list but like I hear chios are just boring. I hear axo's are too into each other. I hear phi mus and alpha phis are just really stuck on themselves. I hear aopis are just really nice girls not really social climbing, makes sense to me now.

I'm not the poster above but I think OP was saying those girls improved the most to those who improved the least, not that the sororities at the top are the best sororities on campus. If it's based on overall improvement, I think this is fairly accurate.
