rushing as junior

by: Junior

How is this viewed on campus? I'm very unhappy with how recruitment went for me this year

The upperclass quota should give you a shot because people never take juniors

although there is a quota, going into recruitment as a junior is weird. idk-its up to you!

tough to say. rushing as a junior is definitely rare; it would help to know many of the sisters and be a stellar person as far as personality goes, but you have to consider that the majority of your pledge class would be freshmen and a few sophomores.

If you didn't get in a sorority this year you're not gonna get in one next year I've literally never heard of someone rushing as a junior. I can't imagine it'd be worth it

I looked at the list from this year a lot because I was in the back during recruitment, and there was one junior who rushed, maybe two. But that's it.

I'm sorry recruitment didn't work out for you, but I agree with the person above that it wouldn't really be worth it. Your pledge class would be almost entirely freshmen with maybe a few sophomores, and you'd only have membership for a year and a half. I wouldn't do it personally.
