its a crush party that is theta, axo, and pi phi. i went last year so I am assuming that is who it is this year too

I didn't know if fraternities were pairing up as well or if it was just those sororities.

It's a party hosted by theta, AXO and pi phi. Each girl in those sororities gets to invite one person (usually a guy they like/boyfriend, which is why it's called crush) but girls invite their girlfriends or just random guys and you're not supposed to know who invited you. A big list is just sent out and only those people can come to brick and party!
