by: YoCan we stop calling theta the top house now? After two average pledge classes and with boring personalities what makes them top besides them historically being top? Change is good. Not sure who would be the new top house though

From a guy's perspective, Theta is still good. I don't think they've fallen from the top spot yet per say, but I think that Pi Phi has climbed up to be on par with them after the new pledge classes. If Theta continues to be average, I would say that the top spot belongs to Pi Phi.

You're probably an Alpha Phi. I'm just telling you the consensus from my fraternity and my buddies in others. Just because it doesn't fit your social climbing agenda, doesn't make it false.

HAHAHAAH AXO would say "probably an alpha phi" when literally nothing about this post has anything to do with alpha phi. Your desperation is showing. Pi Phi is not even close to top house though and that position still belongs to Theta.

Who would it be then? DG sucks now, AXO got a good pledge class but they're probably not up there quite yet. Theta has two pretty average pledge classes. Pi Phi and Alpha Phi are the only sororities that have been consistently improving.

Honestly it's still Theta. After that it would be a tie between pi phi and aphi but both are so different. But Theta is still really good so I wouldn't say there is another #1
