Im in a "lower middle tier" and have a lot of friends in all different sororities and think each one has an awesome quality unique to them. With that being said here is my opinion as unbiased as possible:
Theta: people say that this year they did not get a good pledge class, but I disagree completely. From what I've seen they still got a lot of cute girls, and maybe they focused more on the girls personalities than primarily looks like previous years, which I think will be awesome for them.
Alpha Phi: People hate on them because they have gotten to be a top tier sorority so quickly. They always have an amazing rush and girls like them. Their newest pledge class is unsurprisingly better than the last and will probably continue to be that way for the next few years.
Pi Phi: got a great new pledge class. I think girls coming through rush fall in love with Pi Phi because they are a breath of fresh air and not the typical sorority, which makes them get chill, low-drama, girls that like to party.
DG: Their new pledge class is a step below their previous one, but I feel like DG has a pattern of getting an awesome pledge class and then a mediocre one.
AXO: starting to get back on track, their new pledge class is better than the last and they look like cute girls that have fun. Also, I felt like their sisterhood was struggling after getting their junior pledge class, but is now starting to become strong again

DZ: Happy to say they got a better pledge class than previous years because they were falling fast in my opinion. I think they got a better pledge class because even though their previous classes were not the prettiest, they brought DZ more than just looks and an actual sisterly bond.
Zeta: I feel like I have seen them getter better and better pledge classes each year. My only concern however is that they might start focusing on social aspects and not their sisterhood.
Kappa: Always get a cute pledge class overall. Some are really cute party gels and then some are decently cute more reserved/religious girls that do not go out as much. Even though these girls are different, they still come together to form a strong sisterhood

Phi Mu: Honestly, I think this sorority is underrated. They might not have as many beautiful/really cute girls as the sororities above, but are starting to get more and more of them in each pledge class
KD: I think they try hard to make it appear as if they are on par with zeta and kappa, but each year I feel as if their pledge classes get slightly worse. After this year I think Phi Mu is one step above them but not by much.
The rest got similar classes to the year before, and all have maintained a strong sisterhood, which is the most important thing.

Hahahahahahaha this is comical. alpha phi you're not that hot and you're not cool at all. stop trying to force it on everyone that you're becoming top tier and you're so hot. if you're that great everyone should already know without you throwing it in their face every 5 seconds.

Yeah, you ARE in a lower tier. You are obviously an Alpha Phi with an inferiority complex passively aggressively self ranking yourself at #2, AGAIN. Stop. You are not #2, you can't fool anybody by constantly self ranking and slipping yourself in at #2. We are not idiots. You are so transparent it's actually funny.
