This is so far off. DSig moved up a tier after last year's pledge class, and could be making more moves up this year with a solid spring class. AKPsi's best years are behind them. Their freshmen and sophomore classes suck.

Phi Chi is absolutely dead last. Still too new on campus for any presence. No nationals. No parties. Gets everyone's leftovers. Order looks like this:
1. PSE
2. Dsig
3. Akpsi
4. Phi Chi
