Who's doing quota additions this year? How does it work?

Heard most frats are doing it because their numbers were aweful

There's a new sophomore quota that everyone has to fulfill.

Quota additions happen when a sorority doesn't meet quota. I believe it happens on bid day but I'm not sure. The sophomore quota (that sororities can opt out of by the way) is completely separate. Don't count on sororities participating because it only happens if they don't make quota, which historically had only happened to agd

I don't think sororities can opt out of the soph quota this year.

Every sorority has to take a certain number of upperclassmen, be that sophomores, juniors, or seniors participating in recruitment. If a sorority chooses to not take the number of upperclassmen required then they get slapped with a huge fine.

Someone from Panhel explained it to my chapter. The sophomore quota is completely optional and chapters can opt out. But there's really no downside to doing it.
