pi phi

I heard they party a lot, my friends say they're sloppy and rage all the time. Is that true? Meeting them for 20 minutes twice didn't give me a huge chance to get to know them, and I'm scared to put them down then end up being someone who doesn't wanna party 24/7 stuck in a crazy party sorority. I have the same concern about DZ. Any older students that can give me their opinions? I just don't know Pi Phi or DZ well enough.

Some of my best friends are in Pi Phi and though they like to party, it's DEFINITELY not any more than any other sorority on campus. They were kicked off like 6 years ago, so that's what gave them that reputation. All of those girls are gone and they've definitely cleaned up their act. I think Pi Phi has been one of the only sororities (especially top sororities) that hasn't gotten in trouble this past year or two. If you really like them, don't let partying deter you. I have some friends in Pi Phi that like to go out a lot, but also some that would rather stay in. There are party girls and quiet girls in every sorority. If you like them, go for it. It won't be any different elsewhere in terms of partying, unless you go like Chi O or something.

Those are two of the best houses any girl could hope for. If you get into one of them, be happy and leave it at that.

Leaving Miami with this sorority on your resume is going to scream you had low ambitions. But they will know that when you show up in your Kohls interviewing outfit. Good Luck.

Well unless they graduated in the year 2010, I don't think that's going to a problem

A total lie. Pi Phi works for you on your resume especially when you're involved just like in any other sorority. I hate when people say this about them, get over yourself and let freshman make decisions for themselves!
