While a lot of top chapters may not have a close, sincere sisterhood... I feel as if it is something that is worshiped in the bottom middle and something the bottom middle girls try to strive for. Therefore, AOPi should be ranked higher.

AOPi's "close sincere sisterhood" is not based on gossip about the top chapters or gossip in general. We're all just friends and happy about it and would never, ever leave a girl out.
