i'm assuming these are in no particular order per tier?

if so, i'd move dz down a tier to be with a phi, and move zta and gphi down on the same level as kappa, phi mi, kd, and chi o.

i ageee except for gphi i keep hearing that they did really well in rush. but i also think that the rest of the semester will more clearly define any "ranks and tiers" than rush will
