Phi Moo may be better than KD, but they're not better than Gamma Phi, Zeta, Pi Phi, Kappa or Chi O. You're making yourselves look stupid girls by putting Phi Moo higher in the rankings. It just doesn't work that way.

I am the mom of a sophomore who pledged a sorority last Spring as a freshman. The tier thing is a joke...in the end my daughter (who thought she was going to want to be in a 'top tier' found a much better fit with a so-called mid-tier sorority - her choice. She is so happy where she is and grateful she didn't make a decision based on these rankings. Make sure your daughter follows her gut...and first impressions during rush. Somehow in the process girls end up where they should be.

Choose the right "fit." Don't just choose a sorority because it's "cool" or because it's your "only option." These could be the best four years of your life or the worst. Just keep that in mind and, despite what people say, it's not the worst thing in the world if you decide not to pledge. Go with your gut and do what is right for YOU!

Ranks, the tiers are in no specific order. we can argue all day that "this tier one is better than this tier one" ..... but who actually knows, like seriously. The general ranking is:

And to be completely honest, I didn't put Pi Phi in here on purpose. They were top tier before, but where they stand now is iffy. I guess rush will determine that one

Good luck during rush! Remember to not judge based on stereotypes or tiers alone! Do what feels right, trust your instinct and go with your gut feeling!

pi phi before getting kicked off goes with dg and axo, after returning this year, they're more of at the same level as aphi. rush will change this. if fuzzie were still on campus they'd be with zta kkg and gphi.

like it or not this is how it is. the only thing that will change this is rush and nothing the rankings never really change after rush (besides pi phi but they don't count)

You spend all your time re-arranging rankings based on superficial values such as self-proclaimed hotness and ability to party. (yawn)First of all, I've seen absolutely beautiful girls in just about every sorority. However, what the other sororities have that your version of 'top-tiers' may be lacking is humility, respect, personality and sisterhood which is how sororities should be ranked. Other girls just go about their business having fun and enjoying their sorority rather than worrying about where someone ranked them. They like where they are and don't care about your ranking nonsense...just stop wasting your time and go contribute to improving your own sorority experience.

That's not fair how some of us are "just" on the bottom. We work so hard during Greek week and it's just not fair how we pay so much money to be in a sorority and I feel like I'm not getting anything out of it. Like, yeah, I have friends but it sucks going to class and there's an AXO next to you and you can't help but envy the girl. I'm just being honest. Like yeah I love my sorority and all, but I'm just wondering if anyone else feels the same way. Is it even possible to move up?
