i completely agree with "RE: @ real ranks". your scale is completely off with kd and alpha phi, plus you put a phi in 2 different tiers. a phi is in between the top sororities and zeta/gphi/kkg/kd/phi mu. kd is at the same level as zeta to gphi to keg to phi mu, and, a dpi and aopi are above and and aephi.

My freshman daughter has gone to some open houses over the past few weeks, and there are more tonight. But this list doesnt sound like what she is describing to me after seeing the sorority members in person. I am not sure how to use this site.

I would ignore 95% of what is posted on this site. Girls rank their own sororities well and other with degrading comments to influence PMIs. Urge her to ignore hierarchies and stereotypes and go into formal rush with an open mind and keen ears. Best of luck!
