3rd round

how intense are 3rd round cuts?
do theta/aphi cut a lot before the 3rd round considering they cut a lot before 2nd?
how about DZ, kappa, zeta, etc?

usually, the "higher tiers" make big cuts the first round, and they still have to make more later but the biggest one is at the beginning
