They can't even actually rush, will probably lose the house soon, got six guys last year... in a really bad state, go anywhere else.

I actually have a few friends in ZBT and they're pretty cool guys in my opinion. They're really small and tend to fly under the radar (which is why you never see them in rankings and stuff) but they have a decent sized house. And they definitely can rush so idk what the guy above me was talking about? They were on probation one semester last year but that's it.
