Phi Delt is a joke compared to SigEp let's be honest. If you're gonna include them at all, I'd put them lower with SigNu and kappa sig and I'd put sigep with fiji

Theta chi just had a review and only has 20 guys in their chapter now. They will be irrelevant in a couple years. For sure not top tier anymore, and they just bid a pike amount of kids

Yup ^ They may be able to stick around bc of current brothers. But once they're gone theta chi is no more
