As a woman who is already in a sorority, I cannot stress enough that rank does not matter. You will be spending so much time with the girls you are pledging with, and believe me you will regret getting a sorority with bad sisterhood. If the sorority you accept a bid to only cares about popularity, believe me half of the girls will deactivate junior/senior year.
