Phi Mu: a lot of pretty girls, I don't see many of them around campus though so it's hard to say what they actually do...
gphi: they recruit a lot of cool/really interesting girls, not necessarily the hottest. all the girls I know that became gamma phis last year had a unique quality about them
adpi: a good mix of really different girls, some like to party and some are more booky, but nice overall
chi omega: pretty much the same as adpi but you won't see them out and uptown as much
KD: I've seen maybe 5 of these girls on campus actually wearing their letters so it's hard to say. pledge classes seem really mixed
