Honestly their girls aren't as pretty as some of the sororities considered "lower tier" than DG. DG has some girls who are dimes, in every pledge class, but lots of girls who by looks are much less attractive, and although you don't have to all be perfect to be a "top" sorority, there normally is at least consistancy- something DG has been lacking.

That's a striaght up lie haha. Recruitment IS about looks no matter what way you want to look at it or what you wanna tell yourself to feel better. That's why thetas been on top so long, they recruit by looks. That's why alpha phi is getting better and Pi Phi is less focused on looks but isn't as bad as DG

it's really not about looks.. a lot of chapters (except alpha phi) judge by how cool a girl is, not by her looks
