how does the rush week work for guys?

any structure at all? also what do people typically wear? are jeans and a nice shirt ok or do people go with suitcoat and tie?

Definately wear a suitcoat and tie when rushing places like phi tau, theta chi, phi psi, and sig pi. They will like you and give you a bid for sure.
