I have a few questions...

First off, how hard is it to get a bid at one of the "top houses" without any direct connections? For someone who is good looking and a cool kid?

2nd off, the houses im interested all have "hard pledging" clearly i understand pledging will be hell pretty much wherever i go, I'm just trying to figure out how bad it really gets at one of the tougher houses.

Lastly, which houses have more of like physical workouts for parts of their pledging?
