rec letters&gpa

For sorority recruitment, do rec letters help at all? Also, I know that the frats have said on here they don't really care as long as you meet requirement, is that the same for sororities? Or do some sororities care more than others? Which ones care more?

Rec letters and GPA can definitely help, but it's also important to find the house that's right for you. Be yourself, have genuine conversations and the rest will work itself out.

Rec letters will probably help you get called back for the round after open house, but other than that you are just the same as anyone else. They aren't necessary and I think most of the deadlines to send them in have passed anyway. Don't worry too much about them! We're not really trying to cut you, we want to like you, just show us your best self. Letters are nothing compared to meeting you!
