what's phi psi all about?

As a freshman guy, I consistently see people ranking Phi Psi as the top house or very close to it. What gives them this ranking? They seem like cool guys from what I've collected, anything else to know?

they have the biggest parties, almost always open. most fun to party with, and get along with every other frat. nice guys and my personal favorite frat

Big part of why they're consistently up there with few people ripping them down is no one has much beef with them since they do just about the opposite of what the "try hard" frats get dogged for. Down to earth guys that know how to party, always my friends and I's top choice when going out
