beta underground

Is Beta underground or have they completely cut off everything? I'm a legacy and not sure if I want to wait until my junior year for Beta to be back on campus. Any suggestions?

if you want to be a legacy. Don't wait till the Jr year, you'll regret it. Just rush somewhere else - there's plenty better than Beta anyway
