middle/lower tier annexes
by: FreshmanI've heard of most "top tier" annexes but where do most mid tiers throw parties? I've heard of du's jolly green giant and corn fest, pikes rooftops, and adphis white house but what about fraternities like sig nu, delt, and tke? Do they typically only have parties at their fraternity houses?

most lower tier fraternities with houses usually throw parties in their house just because they dont have enough sophomore members to fill the house so the juniors and seniors have to live in the house and that takes away from annexes. look at ZBT for example, they're on social probation and are losing their house next year because they threw parties in their house exclusively because they have literally no annexes. most frats have 1-2 annexes with the exception of lambda chi that has like 8 annexes because theyve been without a house for so long.
