Hello PNMs,
I just wanted to clear up some stuff

- Sororities are not going to be more competitive this year than they were last year, even though there are more people rushing. "Quota" aka the number of girls Panhel says each sorority can take (there are exceptions, more on that later) is set based on the number of girls who attend PREFERENCE round, so this year we will probably be dealing with a quota of about 63ish, so there will be about 63 girls in a pledge class, give or take.
-If you MAXIMIZE your options, YOU ARE GUARANTEED A BID. This means that if you make it to preference round, and do NOT suicide rush, you will be getting a bid to one of the three sororities you visited for pref. Because of this guarentee, some pledge classes have what is called a "quota addition", aka they have more girls than quota allows because the system has to give every girl a bid
- While you rush, you will be ranking your bottom houses (from the one you want to go back to the least of the least to the one you want to go back to the most of the least. YOU CAN STILL BE CALLED BACK TO THESE-- this is because--
-Sororities do not rank you. They just say yes or no. SO if you really want to go back to A, B & C, but A doesn't want you, then you could be going back to D. OR if D doesn't want you either, you won't have a full schedule-- you'd just go to B&C.
