Why is gamma phi on probation and will that still be a thing freshman who get in the year during rush

They were already in trouble with nationals for their formal last year (They didn't do anything wrong, just had issues with buses not showing up to take them to home from formal), it's crappy that this kinda stuff keeps happening with them.
