Thinking about transferring here and wondered what lambda's reputation is on campus

As far as reputation, Lambda is considered to be a strong brotherhood, diverse, and good guys. They are not as strong socially as other fraternities but their brothers don't seem to be obsessed with status, they just have their own good time

A lot of people say negative things about them because they don't have a house. But they have 2-3 annex houses where they have awesome parties. It's honestly one of the best brotherhoods I have seen on campus, the guys are true gentlemen, and most girls I know absolutely love them. The previous post is also pretty accurate.
