top frats stereotypes/descriptions

As a guy looking to rush, I'd like to know more about the culture of a frat other than that they are top tier and party. I wanted to know how people tend to stereotype/describe the following frats:

Phi Psi, Sig Pi, KA, Phi Tau,Theta Chi, SAE, Fiji,

Well if you're going based off of that then you gotta throw phi delt and sigep in there. But if you're going based on the top of the top then you're all wrong. Ps Fiji is not good at all.

Id have to agree. I like sigep and theta chi better too, but that's just my opinion. A lot of people feel differently.
