I'm a freshmen and for the month I've been here this is the impression I've gotten for fraternity rankings. Feel free to let me know if I'm wrong, its just what I've seen/heard so far.
Theta Chi, Phi Psi, Phi Tau, Sig Pi, KA, Fiji, SAE
Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Delt, Sig Ep, Sig nu, Ad Phi, TKE, DKE
Chi Psi, DX, LX DU, others

This is the worst ranking on this site and honestly all the replies on here are awful too. The thing about the top tiers is that you're either one kind of guy or another, you either hang out with one half of the sororities or another. You're either a KA, SigPi, Fiji, sigep kinda guy or a phi psi, phi tau, SAE, theta chi kinda guy except theta chi is more universal of the bunch. The first group hangs out with theta and alpha phi and DZ more and the second group hangs out with DG, pi phi, AXO more. Just how it is.
