They're improving faster than any sorority on canpus (at least of the top tiers) and they're total sweethearts. Just overall good girls.

I'm actually friends with alpha phis and I'm not ripping on them by any means but they are not sweethearts. I mean, that doesn't mean there aren't a couple.. but overall...

Alpha Phi's meteoric rise is being highly exaggerated on here. They have been a good sorority for at least 10 years, and they are good now, but by no means are they Theta. Not even close. As far as what they look for....well all sororities look for members who are good "fit."
