What is the point of Chi Psi even having a house, they never throw any parties, they don't participate in on campus activities and they never go out. Its like they're not even on campus.

And the "top fraternity" Phi Tau isn't? How about KA punching a girl? Is that not an embarrassment? Having tamer fraternities like Chi Psi is what helps keep IFC and the University off everyones back.
