Nobody can really have an insider perspective on every single house... But the general consensus is:

Hardest: phi tau, phi psi, sae, theta chi
Harder: sig pi, fiji, sig nu
Less hard: phi delt, ka, ksig, adphi
Easy: pike, delt, sig ep, etc

As a general rule the fraternities that are considered the "better" fraternities or "higher-tiered" are the ones with the harder pledge processes.
