"Phi Kappa Tau is suspended through August 2013 and Sigma Alpha Epsilon is suspended through August 2014."

So what is going on? Why are people saying SAE and Tau are done for, shouldn't they be coming back now?

Both phi tau and sae lost their charters. Neither will have there house for this year or next year or the year after that. They're sig chi status at this point and those 2 and beta won't be taken a pledge class next year. Just ask any of them. They'll honestly tell you the exact same thing

and half the people say they lost their house and they arent taking classes anymore...

Their nationals don't recognize them anymore and therefore don't have access to their houses. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying

both sae and phi tau do not have their charters. They are done just like sig chi. anyone saying anything different is an idiot

Beta, SAE, Phi Tau and Sig Chi will not have pledge classes next year. All four do not have charters and therefore dont have houses and the ability to recruit

i have it on good authority that lambda chi will be occupying the phi tau, sae, beta, and sig chi houses next year.

phi tau is back on campus this year and will live in the house. sae has always lived in their house because nationals allow them too even though they are off campus.

SAE and phi tau trolling this site like it's their job. It's a well known fact neither have their charters from nationals anymore. Sorry
